For the opening production of The Muppet Show episode, Statler and Waldorf put on a burlesque show. The burlesque dancers called the Muppet Whatnot girls perform to ‘Take Ten Terrific Girls’. Before the pair join them on stage.

Spoiler Alert.  The lyrics to ‘Take Ten Terrific Girlssay, “Take ten terrific girls, but only nine costumes…” and sure enough, one unlucky lady finds herself in the chorus line without a burlesque costume. Hilarity ensues.
